Construction
Every component of this gate valve is selected for long-term durability in underground or harsh service environments. The main body, bonnet and operating top cap are cast from high tensile ductile iron, providing superior impact resistance compared to traditional cast iron.
The internal stem is machined from premium stainless steel to prevent rust and seizure over years of static operation. The internal wedge is fully encapsulated in drinking water grade EPDM rubber, ensuring excellent sealing elasticity without degrading over time.
Combined with a low friction thrust bearing mechanism, these components allow smooth operation under tough network pressures.
