We are open from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, outside office hours you can leave a message and we will call you back when we return to the office.

Please note: Our warehouse and offices are closed on Bank Holidays, including the Christmas and New Year period

We monitor our email out-of-hours and it is not unusual for us to reply to enquiries in the evening or at weekends, you can email our sales team or you can use our contact form.

Click and collect

You can collect in-stock items that have been ordered online from our warehouse in Suffolk (not available from Kent office), Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Please place your order online first – only items showing in stock can be collected – please allow one hour after placing your order before collecting.

Order tracking

Once your online order has been dispatched you will recieve an email with the tracking link, alternatively you can view your online order status and tracking
