Product description
The DAB ESYBOX and ESYBOX MINI are self-contained booster pumps and do not require any additional components to operate, however there are a number of accessories available to aid installation and extend their capabilities.
The ESYBOX accessory range includes docks for rapid installation, a wall mounting bracket and a 480 litre auxiliary storage tank.

ESYTANK
The DAB ESYTANK is specially designed to simply integrate with ESYBOX and features an ESYDOCK (special version) for quick connection, suction hose with foot valve, filling valve with float and overflow. The ESYTANK has a capacity of 500 litres with a working volume of 480 litres.
The ESYTANK has a modular design allowing you to extend storage by connecting additional tanks,the ESYTANK AUXILIARY is a bare tank only and does not come supplied with any fittings.
ESYTANK COUPLING KIT
The ESYTANK COUPLING KIT is composed of a PVC sleeve with gasket (D.160 mm L=150), two PVC aligning pipes (D.50mm x L=60) and a connecting ring nut for a two pump option. It allows the connection of several ESYTANK units.
ESYTANK OPTIONAL DELIVERY KIT
Composed of a 1 inch PP pipe, the optional delivery kit allows you to change the delivery position on the ESYTANK, for instance, if the mains is coming in on the right of the tank and you need the delivery to be on the left the optional kit allows you to do this.
Used together with the COUPLING KIT it allows several ESYTANK and ESYBOX systems to be linked together and to create pressure boosting units with several pumps and tanks.
ESYDOCK
ESYDOCK provides even more rapid installation of the ESYBOX. Easy and flexible thanks to the four plumbing configuration possibilities. It is supplied complete with all the interfaces required for connecting to the system.
It incorporates anti-vibration feet to ensure the continued whisper quiet operation as the standard ESYBOX, available in single and twin configurations. The ESYBOX is WRAS approved (number 1506064).
ESYTWIN
The ESYTWIN provides a robust docking station for twin ESYBOX pumps with integrated inlet and outlet pipework connections. Mounted securely on a base plate platform the ESYTWIN offers a twin pump booster set with duty assist and duty standby capabilities. The pumps can be docked and undocked easily in a few seconds. The ESYTWIN is WRAS approved (number 1506064).
ESYWALL
The ESYWALL is a fitting kit designed to mount the ESYBOX and ESYBOX MINI directly to a wall. Kit complete with brackets, screws, dowels and two accessories for absorption of vibrations.
ESYGRID & ESYCOVER
The ESYGRID & ESYCOVER is an outdoor kit consisting of a weather cover and protection grids with 1 mm diam. wire mesh and sealing plugs.
When installed on the ESYBOX and ESYBOX MINI, they protect from unwanted entry of moisture or insects or other small animals sometimes found in particularly exposed installation locations, and which could compromise operation. Suitable for vertical or horizontal installation.
