Is the product in stock?

The stock on our website is updated with the stock level in our warehouse every couple of minutes, we use the following traffic light system to indicate our stock status

Who are AES?

Automated Environmental Systems (AES) was established in 2007, owners Oliver and Simon have many years experience in the industry, in fact, all our team are more than happy to help you choose the correct pump, pumping station or pool heat pump to suit your requirements.

Does the product have a guarantee?

We are an authorised UK supplier or reseller for all the products we sell, all products come with a full manufacturers warranty.

All of our products are carefully chosen to offer our customers the best quality at competitive prices. We are happy to match a product to your requirements, give us a call and find out why our customers are so happy with our service.

What happens if there is a problem?

We pride ourselves on our after sales service, no matter how carefully we choose our products, from time to time things do go wrong.

How do I order?

Orders should be placed online through this website and payment made using one of our secure payment gateways.

Where it is not possible to order online then we are happy to take your order over the phone and send you a pro-forma invoice which can be paid by card (using the link on the pro-forma) or via BACS.

We no longer accept card payments over the phone.

How much is delivery?

Our standard UK mainland delivery charge starts at £7.80 for orders under £100, £12 for orders up to £300 and all orders over £300 are delivered free. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and offshore please see our delivery page for charges.

Alternatively you can collect from our warehouse in Bury St. Edmunds.

In stock items ordered by 2pm Monday to Thursday are dispatched on a next working day service, in stock items ordered by 2pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday. In stock items order over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

If you order an item that is not in stock, we will advise you of lead times after you place your order, alternatively please call us before placing your order.

Are my details secure?

Our website is secure (SSL) you can check this by looking for the padlock in the top of your brower, all personal details you submit through this website are protected.

Once you have completed the checkout page you will be redirected to either Opayo (previously Sagepay), Paypal or ClearPay to make your payment, all payment information is encrypted during transmission, we do not record or store any card, bank or Paypal details that you enter during the payment process.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our online card payments are protected by 3D secure, as part of the payment process you will be redirected to your card issuer to complete their 3D secure authorisation process, all your payment information is encrypted during transmission, if the 3D secure authorisation cannot be completed your payment will be declined by the merchant.

Please note: if you are unable to successfully complete your online purchase we are unable to take card payments over the phone, however we are happy to supply a pro-forma invoice that can be paid by bank transfer.

Unfortunately we are unable to discuss failed card payments and/or 3D secure, you will need to contact your card issuer directly.
