Product description
The Poolex Opti Side is a great choice because it’s simple, reliable, and works with just about any pool setup. It’s built for people who want clean water without having to spend all afternoon maintaining the equipment.
One of the best things about it is how easy it is to clean. The design is straightforward, so you can swap out filter elements or give it a quick scrub without a lot of downtime. It also plays well with others – it’s compatible with most pumps, so you can usually just swap it into your existing system without any major headaches.

Five year tank, two year valve warranty
If you are replacing a filter that forms part of an existing system then your replacement should match the size of the existing filter.
For example if you already have a 20 inch filter and 1.0HP pump on a 20m³ pool then you would still need 20 inch filter, alternatively you would need to replace both the pump and filter with a smaller selection as per our sizing guide below.

We stock sand and glass media for our filter sets, the recommended size of sand is 0.4 to 0.8 mm, sand is supplied in 25Kg bags, our glass media is supplied in 20Kg bags.
Please note the sand required is a specific grade, please do not use builders’ sand or play sand as this may block or damage your filter.
