The Oliju Vortex SF submersible sewage pump is a 3-inch pump designed for domestic sewage and waste water with suspended solids up to 80mm in diameter.
By using a vortex impeller at the back of the volute most solids pass without making contact with the turbine, reducing the risk of blockages, minimising wear and providing consistent performance.
The 3-inch front discharge outlet makes these pumps ideally suited to guide rail systems to an immersion depth of 10 metres. The motor casing is Stainless Steel and the volute pump is in cast iron with a Stainless Steel shaft. The motor is protected from water and waste ingress by double seals, lip seals and a reinforced carbon ceramic mechanical seal.
The isolated dielectrical motor in oil bath is externally cooled by the pumped liquid. The pump has IP58 protection and Class F insulation.
Pump options include manual 230v and three phase (400v) models.
