About this product

Our spigot to spigot (plain ended) cast pipe is constructed from Ductile Iron using K9 barrel as standard and is designed for use with potable water (blue).

Our Ductile Iron flanged pipe complies fully to BS EN 545:2006 for potable water applications.

Pipes are externally coated with zinc aluminium with a finishing layer of blue epoxy. Pipes are centrifugally cement mortar lined with blast furnace cement as per the requirement of BS EN 545.

Ductile Iron can be used above and below ground and requires no special installation, jointing equipment or preparation. It is strong, durable, and environmentally friendly and will provide a long and trouble free life.
