The ESYBOX MAX is a modular, compact and integrated WRAS approved solution for water pressure boosting in commercial and multi-apartment applications, with a maximum head of 113m and a maximum combined flow rate of over 1,100 litres per minute.

The ESYBOX MAX consists of a self-priming multi-stage pump with Inverter driven water cooled permanent magnet motor, electronics for control and management, pressure and flow sensors, a high-resolution LCD display, non-return valve and an integrated two-litre expansion vessel.

The DAB ESYBOX MAX cannot be installed without the ESYDOCK MAX, available in single, twin, triple and quadruple configurations for up to four pumps.

The variable speed motor automatically adjusts the flow according to the demand providing constant water pressure and maximising running efficiency without surges, the new permanent magnet motor is 20% more energy efficient than the standard ESYBOX.

The ESYBOX MAX offers quiet operation compared to traditional booster sets thanks to the water-cooled motor, protective casings in sound-deadening ABS, vibration-damping feet and the inverter electronics that modulate the motor revolutions according to the set pressure (set point) and the flow requested.

Built-in Wi-Fi module and DConnect makes monitoring DAB products easy and intuitive. You can use your smartphone to connect directly with the pump using the simple interface. It will automatically detect the language, time and unit of measurement at the installation site, which will save you time during the first set up of the system. All adjustments are possible remotely allowing total control (requires subscription).

Please note: the ESYBOX MAX cannot be connected directly to the mains water supply, it must be connected to a suitable break tank.

Break tanks

Break tanks are used to ensure that the necessary amount of water is available to supply a system during periods of normal use and peak demand.

UK water regulations limit the water flow drawn from the mains supply to a maximum of 12 litres per minute, therefore you are not permitted to install a booster sets or other pump directly onto an incoming mains water supply if the flow will exceed 12 litres per minute.

Break tanks are therefore a necessity in all DAB ESYBOX MAX installations.
