Saci fire fighting booster sets are designed to offer the best solution for pressurised water supply in a fire fighting installation, and are particularly suitable for installations such as public and private buildings, large commercial areas, stores and warehouses.
Saci fire fighting boosters have been designed to provide reliable, lasting performance even in the most extreme conditions, and are built with strict compliance to EN-12845 newest standards.

All Saci fire fighting booster sets are built under strict compliance to EN-12845 standards that specify each pump has an independent control panel. Each cabinet contains the start, control and protection for the main and jockey pumps.
Also contained within each cabinet are a series of indicator and warning lamps and an acoustic siren alarm with back-up battery and charger.
A polycarbonate panel on the front of each cabinet provides easy understanding of lamp indicators and symbology. The metal cabinets are IP55 rated and come with a RAL red finish.
Available in four configurations:
N.E. – units incorporate one main electric pump and one jockey pump
N.E.E. – units incorporate two main electric pumps and one jockey pump
N.D. – units incorporate one main diesel pump and one jockey pump
N.E.D. – units incorporate one main electric pump, one main diesel pump and one jockey pump
The main pump supplies the flow and pressure required by the system and must be capable of driving at least 140% of the nominal flow at a pressure not below 70% of the nominal pressure.
Main pump with electric motor, bench top centrifugal pump according to DIN 24.255 with cast iron single impeller, IP55 motor and F class insulation.
Main pump with diesel motor, bench top centrifugal pump with cast iron single impeller, works within NA curve, double set of batteries for independent manual or automatic starting and a diesel tank with minimum six hours running.
Jockey (auxiliary) pump with electric motor, multicellular vertical or horizontal pump, keeps lines pressurised and compensates for possible leaks that may stop main pump from starting.
Saci fire fighting boosters feature a compact and robust design and come totally prepared and wired for commissioning at their destination.
Installation is easy and the units require minimal preventative maintenance.
Construction is in folded plate with a minimum thickness of 5mm for smaller units and laminate profile for larger units.
The drive collector is sized for a maximum water speed of 3 m/s, all non-return, close and safety valves and pressure gauges are high quality and comply to EN-12845 standards.
