The Saci E-Motion V-Nox variable speed cold water booster set guarantees considerable energy savings, constant water pressure, silent operation, safety and reliability.

The E-Motion control system features a frequency inverter that provides fixed pressure (the motor speed of the pump is increased or decreased to maintain pressure dependent on the flow required), energy savings and silent working. Set up is very simple, the user just needs to select the desired pressure and the rotation of the pump.

When the working pressure falls due to water consumption the pump automatically comes into operation, as the demand increases the E-Motion unit increases the frequency of the pump to maintain the desired pressure until the pump reaches its maximum speed.

The unit will automatically stop if the working pressure exceeds the value set by the user, similarly, the unit will not start until the set starting pressure is reached. If there is a lack of water in the supply the E-Motion will detect it immediately and stop the pump to avoid damage to the unit.

V-Nox Pump

The Saci V-Nox multi-stage pump with stainless steel impellers is a vertical pump with high output and extremely quiet operation making it ideal for use with the E-Motion booster sets.

The V-Nox pump shaft, pump housing and impellers are constructed from stainless steel AISI 304, with diffusers in technopolymer injected with glass fibre. Suction and drive counter-flanges, suction base and drive housing in cast iron GG-20 with internal and external rust proofing paint. The shaft is supported on lower brushing, guide in bronze. The mechanical seal is graphite ceramic and stainless steel AISI 304.

The motor on the V-Nox is a standard asynchronous motor, sealed from external ventilation and suitable for continuous operation. The motor has IP 55 protection and class F isolation (heating “B”).

The motor on the V-Nox is suitable to work through frequency inverters.
