Overview

The Remora SPV150 Variable Speed Pump provides an energy saving alternative to expensive-to-run fixed speed motors, the permanent magnet motor increases efficiency and reduces noise.

Traditional single speed pumps run at a fixed (maximum) speed continuously, this is inefficient and leads to higher running costs compared to variable speed pumps. Reduced motor speeds provide a slower water circulation rate that puts less strain on filtration, sanitisation, and plumbing, resulting in less ‘wear and tear’.

The Remora SPV150 utilises the latest Permanent Magnet Motor (PMM) technology, the magnets, rather than electricity, produce a magnetic field that spins the rotor, resulting in energy cost savings of up to 80%.
