The RSD400 Residue is a low suction drainage pump, also known as a puddle pump, the design of the bottom strainer creates a powerful suction that can pump residual water as low as 2mm from the surface level.

The RSD400 features a special swing check valve and valve sheet at the suction side, once primed the pump will not lose it’s water even when stopped.

The RSD400 can be used to pump out residue water from tanks and pits, construction sites, underpasses, ditches and swimming pools. The bottom plate comes fitted with a cushioned rubber cover that prevents damage to surfaces.

The pump features a stainless steel outer case, motor pack and shaft, and has a cast iron motor lid, pump casing and volute. The mechanical seal is made from durable silicon and a circumferential flow system provides superior cooling for long continuous running.
