The JS 1500SV submersible sewage pump is a heavy duty submersible sewage pump featuring a cast iron vortex impeller and has a maximum soft solid handling of 58mm, allowing mud, sewage, viscous liquids, wood chips and other soft solids to be passed through the pump body to waste.

The 1500SV features a cast iron pump body, impeller, lower motor bearing/seal housing and motor top cover with a stainless steel shaft and motor casing, capable of withstanding rough handling and sandy water pumping. Twin mechanical seals made of carbon/ceramic and silicon carbide combined with an extra lip seal prevent abrasives such as sand from entering the seal chamber.

The pumps come complete with a 10-metre mains cable and a hose tail (3-inch discharge). The automatic version features a MAC3 float switch.
