The Hydra 6-11 from AF Pumps is suitable for draining or supplying water and features a strainer at the base to prevent larger solids passing through the pump. Designed and manufactured in Italy, the Hydra are hard-wearing and dependable pumps.
The Hydra can be used for draining sumps, irrigation of orchards and gardens from tanks and recirculating water for fountains.
Construction is cast iron with a stainless steel strainer, the open multi-vane fully submerged impeller is suitable for handling clear and slightly dirty water.
The Hydra has a maximum flow rate of 580 litres per minute and a maximum head of 19m, the pumps are available in 230v and 400v manual and automatic with attached float switch.
