Evak Alligator submersible grinder pumps combine robust construction, superior heat dissipation, high torque start-up and hardened high carbon stainless steel radial grinder, for residential or commercial wastewater treatment and sewage applications.
Available in single and three phase they are suitable for pumped media temperatures up to 40°C. The grinder mechanism features a radial grinder kit made in AISI 440C (high carbon stainless steel) corrosion resistant material and hardened to 55-60 HRC. The semi-open impeller, manufactured from EN-GJL-200, prevents clogging by ground solids.
The Alligator pumps have 2850 RPM dry type motors, built-in run/start capacitor (single phase only), double Eagle Bergmann mechanical seals and 10m H07RN-F cable as standard.
