Algae
Robot pool cleaners will not fully remove algae from your pool, so algae should always be treated and removed manually before using a robot cleaner, please note that cleaners may not move correctly across algae covered surfaces.
Used regularly a robot cleaner can help to prevent the regrowth of algae alongside filtration and correct water chemistry
