Product description

Our high level pump alarm box connects to a float switch (10m, 20m or 30m BR float switch included) situated in a pumping station, such as our Mini Drain or Mini Foul, and monitors the liquid level.

A high level pump alarm is ideal for installations where there is somebody on site to investigate why the levels have risen and resolve the issue. Applications include packaged pumping stations, sewage treatment plants and septic tanks.

Once the liquid reaches the high level (determined by the position of the float switch) the sounder and flashing LED warning light in the alarm are triggered.

The internal sounder can be muted in order to stop the noise from the panel causing a disturbance, however, the flashing LED will remain lit until the alarm has cleared. If an external sounder is connected this will also be muted, however, an external beacon (if connected) will remain lit until the alarm fault is cleared.

The alarm panel resets once the fluid level drops, the mute button can be used to reset the alarm with a second press. The high level alarm comes complete with a 10m, 20m or 30m BR type float switch.

The alarm box features pre-drilled holes for connecting mains power, the float switch and an external sounder/beacon if required. Also supplied are three grommets for the cable holes.

When the alarm activates the built-in LED will flash red and the internal sounder will activate (any external beacon or sounder will also activate).

The mute button silences the internal alarm and external sounder if connected, and once the cause of alarm is solved a second press of the mute button will turn off the flashing LED and any external beacon attached and reset the alarm box.

Nick was very helpful in sorting out a query we had about a pool bypass kit and how to install the kit. Sent us a diagram by email following a useful telephone conversation. We have now installed a bypass kit and are delighted it’s fully working. Thank you for your help.
