Overview

The ABS Sanimat 4002 is a flood-proof double lifting station for automatic sewage pumping from areas below the backwash level in accordance with EN 12050-1.

It is ideal for effective sewage removal from apartment blocks, hospitals, hotels, and large commercial developments including both new and renovated structures.

The Sanimat 4002 provides problem-free pumping of wastewater and sewage from areas below the sewer level, the Sanimat 4002 includes two selected XFP pumps designed for continuous running (S1) without additional cooling, and featuring a Premium Efficiency motor, blockage-free Contrablock plus hydraulics, seal monitoring, and temperature control.

The compact dimensions allow passage through a standard door opening and the unit is suited to locations where the diameter of the discharge line is restricted.

Contrablock Plus

The ABS XFP features a Contrablock Plus impeller that has been specially engineered to handle tough requirements, such as reduced water consumption and higher rag and solid content.

The Contrablock Plus is a highly reliable and efficient impeller design with single-vane models to ensure exceptional blockage resistance.

Optimum design on impeller efficiency and solids handling, based on extensive Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) research and testing, which has led to market leading efficiency, without compromising on solid size and rag handling.

Also features one connection (DN 70) for a vent pipe and two connections (Ø 50 mm) for connection of a hand membrane pump)

Control panel featuring bubble compressor and mains-independent alarm with built-in backup battery

Maximum allowable temperature of medium is 40°C, or up to 60°C intermittent (max. 5 minutes).

Corrosion-resistant, gas and odour-tight polyethylene tank, in accordance with EN 12050-1
