Design
The precision machined cast iron components guide the pump down the twin rail tracks, anchoring it securely into a watertight compression seal at the base via a heavy duty mechanical connection.
Every components within the heavy duty 2½ inch assembly is designed to withstand the aggressive environmental conditions within domestic sewage collection sumps, industrial effluent treatment tanks, and commercial drainage systems.
Finished with a black epoxy coating to resist corrosion and chemical breakdown, the pedestal base ensures a stable foundation that resists high transverse pressures during pump cycles.
By eliminating the need to construct stepped concrete floors within the sump, the universal base mounting layout keeps the pump suction intake at the optimal height for clearing sediment and suspended solids.
