Our below ground one metre diameter packaged pumping station with dual guide rail mounted pumps is designed for the transfer of sewage and waste water from domestic and commercial properties where connection to the mains drain is not possible.
The guide rail system consists of two sets of galvanised steel rails inside the tank which run between the pedestal bases at the bottom of the tank and the upper guide rail brackets at the top of the tank.
The pumps are fitted with claws which allows the pumps to slide up and down the guide rails, the weight of the pumps forms the discharge connections when the pumps are lowered on to the pedestal bases.
The pumps come with lifting chains, which means they can be quickly and easily removed for maintenance, completely eliminating the need to drain the tank and physically uncouple the connections.
Our pumping stations are formed of a premium quality polyethylene or GRP (>3.0m) tank and submersible sewage pumps, the depth of the tank needed will be dependent on the invert level and storage required.
All internal pipework including non-return valves comes pre-assembled and connected inside the tank. We also supply as standard two 110mm rubber grommets for the inlet pipes. A manhole cover is available as an optional extra.

We recommend that all pumping stations purchased from us are serviced regularly to ensure that all pumps, pipework, valves and control equipment are kept in full working order.
