Details
Our pumping stations are formed of a premium quality polyethylene tank and submersible sewage pumps, the depth of the tank needed will be dependent on the invert level and storage required.
The guide rail system consists of a set of galvanised steel rails inside the tank which run between the pedestal base at the bottom of the tank and the upper guide rail bracket at the top of the tank. The pump is fitted with a claw which allows the pump to slide up and down the guide rail, the weight of the pump forms the discharge connections when the pump is lowered on to the pedestal base.
The pump come with lifting chain, which means it can be quickly and easily removed for maintenance, completely eliminating the need to drain the tank and physically uncouple the connections.
All internal pipework including non-return valves comes pre-assembled and connected inside the tank. We also supply as standard two 110mm rubber grommets for the inlet pipes. A manhole cover can be supplied according to your requirements.
Each pumping station is supplied with a submersible sewage pump with the correct size discharge to suit the internal pipework and guide rail system, all our pumps are selected for their performance and reliability, and are available in single or three phase.
A control panel and floats are provided as standard to ensure that there is no excess build-up in the event of pump failure, the most common cause of pump failure is a foreign object in the tank being sucked into the pump and creating a blockage. The control panel has LED indicator lights and an audible alarm to alert the user in event of a problem.
We stock coils of MDPE discharge pipework in 25m, 50m and 100m lengths (not all discharge pipe is available in all lengths), and we also supply compression fittings to connect the MDPE pipe to the discharge connector on the tank.
