The Spread submersible agitator prevents the accumulation of debris such as solids and sludge at the bottom of pumping stations, rainwater catchments and tanks, designed and manufactured in Italy by AF Pumps, construction is cast iron with a stainless steel base for hard-wearing and dependable performance.

The vortex created by the impeller moves debris in to suspension allowing the solids to be pumped away along with the liquid by your submersible pump, the agitator also prevents the formation of deposits on the surface of the water.

The agitator should be started before the submersible pump so any debris is moved in to suspension before the liquid is pumped away, working time depends on the size and structure of the tank.

All models are three phase and come as standard with Klixon and water in oil chamber alarm outputs, GX models are available with a stainless steel impeller.
