Our flanged water meter, Woltman type, has a dry display, the meter is made from Cast Iron with an epoxy coating and features a magnetic drive.
Woltman meters are mainly used in industry, agriculture and for larger residential supplies.
These meters are made from a piece of flanged pipe bearing a helical reel, whose fins are placed in rotation by the passage of water. Transmission from the reel to the clockworks takes place via magnetic coupling.
