Overview

A heavy duty submersible sewage pump engineered for demanding domestic and commercial wastewater applications. Featuring a recessed vortex impeller and a generous 65mm free passage, the Evak Hippo DN65 handles heavily soiled waste, raw sewage, and rainwater without clogging.

Built with a stainless steel motor casing, cast iron volute, and a horizontal DN65 flanged outlet ready for guide rail claw mounting.

Highlights

Recessed vortex impeller allows large solids and fibrous organic waste to pass straight through the pump chamber without wrapping around the impeller or causing blockages

DN65 (2½ inch) flanged connection allows easy attachment to guide rail auto coupling claws for use in below ground pumping stations

EKK Eagle Burgmann dual mechanical seals prevent harsh chemical effluent and water ingress from reaching the motor windings

Combines a lightweight 304 stainless steel motor housing for efficient heat dissipation with a durable G20 cast iron volute and impeller to withstand abrasive wear

Epoxy potted cable gland blocks capillary water migration down the core of the 10 metre power lead, protecting the electrical components even if the outer cable sleeve suffers surface damage
