Overview

The AES EPIC 2D is a direct on line electronic dual pump control panel that self learns the pump data and can be used for all applications. The same control panel can be used for clean and waste water applications.

Works with float switches, pressure switches and probes, the EPIC 2D also has a 4-20 mA input for controlling pumps with pressure transducers or level sensors.

Complete with BMS (building management system input), the Epic 2D offers full pump control and protection with data display and parameter setting all in a compact metal box.

The EPIC 2D is available in single and three phase versions (230V and 400V) and is suitable for controlling and protecting pumps from 2A – 16A (230V) and 2A – 15A, 16A – 24A and 16A – 30A (400V).

By connecting one of our GSM SMS Text Diallers to the BMS output on these EPIC control panels the alarm can be configured to send SMS, emails and text-to-speech voice calls, to an unlimited number of recipients, to notify of pumps running, pumps tripped, Klixon alerts, high level and low level alarm warnings.

Pumps operate independently (2 pumps in 2 different tanks with different logics)

Pumps starting in cascade sequence with changeover

Min and max current protection with alarm

Min and max Voltage protection with alarm

Phase failure protection and alarm

Dry running protection with minimum amperage and cos-fi reading

Min and max water level alarm

Motor Klixon protection and alarm

Water in oil chamber protection and alarm

The control panel works also with the 4-20 mA input (control the pump with a pressure transducer or a level sensor)

RAIN feature

TIMER start and stop the pumps at a predetermined time
