Profec Horizontal and Vertical Pressure Vessels
Product Description
Our Profec pressure vessels are steel epoxy coated pressure tanks with a rubber membrane suitable for water boosting applications.
The quality of the materials used and simple construction is a guarantee for a long life cycle and hygienic function.
The tanks come equipped with a standard ‘tyre valve’ for pressurising your tank with a compressor, and come as standard with galvanised connection flange and membrane support sieve.
The pressure vessels contain an exchangeable EPDM diaphragm (membrane) that does not make any odour in the water and that is completely suitable for use with drinking water. All tanks are protected against corrosion and covered with electrostatic epoxy powder coated paint.
The factory preset pressure is 2.4 bar, for tanks above 80 litres the factory preset is 4 bar. The preset pressure of the membrane pressure vessel has to be 0.2 bar below the start pressure of the pump.
